The updates listed below are periodic progress reports written by Sara Ann's Mom to the Friends of Sara. The group began as an e-mail list of friends that  wanted to be notified about Sara Ann's birth and development. They became her lifeline, sending donations before they were ever asked for, gifts of every kind, volunteer help, and thousands of prayers sent to prayer lists worldwide. None of the remarkable progress that Sara Ann has made would have been possible without the Friends of Sara.
